Let us take care of it
You send us a file. We do the rest. Print, fold, stuff, address, postage, drop-off, tracking, and a report at the end of the day.
What We Do
Letters, invoices, checks, contracts. We prepare, address, stamp, and drop off your outgoing mail. You hand it off, we handle the rest.
We accept your inbound mail, sort it, scan it, and send you a digital copy. So you always know what arrived without touching a pile.
Thank-you cards, mailer campaigns, shipping inserts. No minimums, no complexity of big fulfillment houses.

The Real Cost
Most small businesses still handle their mail internally. The line-item cost looks low. The total cost isn't.

Run the Mail (Starter)
On 200 pieces a month, that's ~$358 saved. Plus the staff hours you didn't burn.
Trusted
"Legal correspondence has zero margin for error. Run the Mail understands that. Every piece goes out the same day, certified mail is tracked end to end, and we've never had a document mishandled or delayed. For a law firm, that kind of reliability isn't a convenience. It's a requirement. Run the Mail delivers it every time."

Common questions
Single-operator handling for client mail. No rotating staff, no third-party subcontractors. You give us a dedicated inbox on your own domain (typically mail@yourcompany.com) and send mail requests there. We print directly from your inbox, so your documents stay on your servers, not ours. Recipient addresses and document contents are treated as operational data, never shareable content. We sign a confidentiality agreement before onboarding any client with sensitive material, and we shred sensitive printed materials on-site after every run.
Yes. Every certified piece is tracked end to end and the tracking number lands in your end-of-day report.
3 PM Pacific for small batches (20 pieces or fewer, under 10 pages each). 1 PM for larger batches. Anything submitted by 4 PM can still go out same-day for a rush fee.
No. Pay-As-You-Go has no commitment at all. Monthly bundles auto-renew but can be canceled or adjusted at any time.
Self-serve mail platforms work fine for a single letter or two. They charge per page above the first, and they don't handle certified mail workflows, multi-recipient runs, or per-client tracking. We're built for businesses running 50 to 300 pieces per client a month with a mix of first-class, certified, flat-envelope, UPS, FedEx, and DHL volume. At that scale, our per-piece all-in cost is the best you'll find on the market for full-service handling.
USPS-trackable services (Certified, Priority, Express) generate delivery confirmation. For undeliverable first-class mail, every piece goes out with your return address, so undelivered mail comes back to your office (not ours) within 5 to 7 business days. We re-process it to a corrected address at no charge.
Yes. We'll integrate with your CMS, CRM, or case management system. Or we can set you up with daily email reports. Tell us what you use and we'll line up the right path.
How We Protect You
Your mail contains sensitive information. We treat it accordingly, with the same care and discretion you'd expect from any trusted partner.
Every certified mail piece is tracked from our hands to the recipient's. You receive confirmation of delivery, not just drop-off.
Every piece of mail we process is logged internally: recipient, date, method, and status. You receive a full end-of-day report after every run.
All misprints, drafts, and surplus printed materials are shredded on-site. Your documents never end up in a recycling bin.
Formal NDAs and confidentiality clauses available for clients handling sensitive legal, financial, or proprietary correspondence.
