Single-operator handling, no subcontractors. You give us a dedicated inbox on your own domain (typically mail@yourcompany.com) and we print directly from it, so documents stay on your servers. We sign a confidentiality agreement before onboarding clients with sensitive material, and shred printed materials on-site after every run.
3 PM Pacific for small batches (20 pieces or fewer, under 10 pages each). 1 PM for larger batches. Anything submitted by 4 PM can still go out same day for a rush fee.
No. You are billed monthly for what you actually send, at the rate for your volume. No plan to commit to, nothing to cancel.
Yes. Every certified piece is tracked end to end and the tracking number lands in your end-of-day report.
Self-serve platforms work for a letter or two. They charge per page above the first and don't handle certified workflows, multi-recipient runs, or per-client tracking. We're built for businesses running 50 to 300 pieces a month with a mix of first-class, certified, flat, UPS, FedEx, and DHL volume.
Certified, Priority, and Express generate delivery confirmation. Undeliverable first-class mail returns to your office within 5 to 7 business days, and we re-process it to a corrected address at no charge.
